Buyer(s) understands that student(s) is engaging in physical activities/exercises, along with the use of Trio Martial Arts Academy (herein referred to as TMA) facilities, equipment training and instruction, which can be dangerous and could cause injury. Therefore, buyer(s) assumes all risk of injuries to said individual(s). Buyer/student(s) hereby waives and releases any claim or right to sue TMA, Bret Gordon, employees, or agents for injury. Buyer(s) has carefully read this waiver and release, and fully understands that it releases TMA, Bret Gordon, employees or agents of liabilities for injury that may occur. It is always advisable to consult a physician before undertaking any physical activity/exercise program, particularly martial arts and any sports activities.

By participating in any or all TMA classes and programs, all participants grant TMA, its affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use in any manner TMA deems appropriate worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the participant's name and likeness without additional consideration or compensation. Participants further release TMA, its affiliates and assigns from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating the participant's submission. All photographs taken and/or submitted become the property of TMA and will not be returned to the participant.
